in Aub, first crossroad turn right, drive through the town, keep on the main street and follow the sign towards Baldershem, Röttingen,
At the place-name sign “Baldersheim” the first right turn (after Mazda Popp) –and again the next right.

Exit A3 -> Wuerzburg
Turn left on B13 -> Ochsenfurt,
Keep going on B13 through Ochsenfurt,
After approx. 1,5 km passed Ochsenfurt -> Exit right to AUB/Röttingen

In Aub keep straight to Baldersheim.
